Our Vision

To create a support-structure, where young people from underprivileged communities can equip themselves with the right tools and resources, needed to realise their true potential on a local, state-wide and national level.

Mission

To empower the underprivileged youth (16-25), predominantly of black and ethnic minority backgrounds, through our ‘youth-led and inspired’ projects and activities under enterprise, employability and community cohesion.

Values

BYEP believes the long-term success of a society depends on its ability to engage underprivileged communities. Through our youth-initiatives and youth led projects with adult support, BYEP aims to engage and empower young people productively in their communities, to help them develop lifelong skills and values.

What We Do

The events and support provided by BYEP are aimed towards young people predominantly from a black and ethnic minority background. We are passionate about engaging and empowering young people to act on their own behalf and on their own terms to achieve and create a bright future for themselves.
